Volunteer Appreciation Day

Have you ever volunteered 15 minutes of your time to the club? If the answer is yes then come and join us on Sunday, March 10th for free food – beer – and pop.

The club wants to show their appreciation! Without volunteers the club cannot survive and grow!

This is for members and/or family that have ever volunteered. It is not for the entire family as space is limited and the yearly picnic is for the entire family.

There will be a “club” clean-up from 8:00 am to 12 noon and we are looking for volunteers to help tidy up the club-house, club grounds and the ranges.

Work will include general maintenance, general clean-up, brush removal, tree removal, target bench repair and target frame construction.

Bring your rake, shovel, paint brushes, clippers, chain saws, hammers, nails, hand saws and garbage bags.

After 1:00 pm the work stops and the party begins.

A wild game dinner will be served – pop and draft beer will be free until 6:00 pm.

So far we have elk, caribou, antelope, deer, bear, squirrel and perch. If you have any wild game you would like to donate contact Marty Herman at 412-260-3488 or bring it to the club and tell the bartender it is for the wild game dinner. Please put on the package what it is and when it was taken.

For those who don’t care for wild game there will be some roast beef and hot dogs.

So that we can plan on what work we want to accomplish and how much food to prepare, please sign up below!

Thanks for all you do!
